Am făcut o curățare de suc de trei zile în așteptarea unei vacanțe pe plajă acum câțiva ani. Nu sunt sigur că aș recomanda experiența. Curățarea a constat din trei sucuri diferite pentru fiecare masă a zilei, intercalate cu un număr de vitamine, pe care a trebuit să le porți până la jumătate sau sfert pentru a evita să le arunci imediat, deoarece stomacul tău este căptușit doar cu suc de legume.
